Discussion 3: Governmental Influence
A growing debate among Child and Family Development professionals today is how much influence the federal government should have over (1) how American families are defined and (2) how much autonomy these families should have in raising their children. For this Discussion, articulate and justify your opinion in this debate. Be sure to use examples to clarify your position. Be sure to properly cite whatever facts or research you are using to back up your opinions.
