Read the case of Hallmark Cards, Inc. v. Murley, 703 F.3d 456 (2013), found in your textbook. Prepare an analysis of the case, using the following headings to guide you. Your activity responses should be both grammatically and mechanically correct, and formatted in the same fashion as the activity itself.
