You have read about the unique challenges of those who need to balance work and family life including parenting. As a parent, student, or adult child, reflect on your own challenges and how you find balance. Use the Learning Resources to confirm or question your own experiences. From the readings describe at least one challenge you have successfully met including a specific strategy and one you are working on. In your paper identify how the resources reviewed provided some new ideas regarding how to balance all that you do.
