TITLE: Cells Phone use during Driving…More deadly than you think, lets band together and ban it nationwide!
A. General Purpose: To explain why banning the use of cell phones while driving should be mandatory nationwide.
B. Specific Purpose: To education young adults about the dangers of cell phone use at inappropriate times like driving and how cell phone use during driving is responsible for more deaths per year than many illnesses, accidents, etc.
C. Central idea: Driving is a responsibility, which must be taken seriously and focused on while performing. Distracting oneself with technologies such as cell phone can cause accidents and serious harm, which can be avoided easily if cell phone are put away when driving.
