Write a 800-1,050-word paper in which you analyze your individual values and the values of another organization as reflected by the organizations plan and actions. Please do not use your conceptualized business, but you can use your current place of employment or Old Navy, McDonalds, Amazon, etc.
In your paper be sure to include the following:
o Analyze the origin(s) and subsequent evolution of your personal and workplace values.
o Explain how your individual values drive your actions and behaviors, and analyze the alignment between your values and actions and behaviors.
o Analyze how your values align with those of another organization, i.e. current place of employment or any other business and discuss why it is important that personal and business values align.
